These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bigwin88 ("bigwin88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). • One Account Only: You may hold only one active bigwin88 account. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must notify bigwin88 support immediately. Deliberate creation of multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

bigwin88 uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bigwin88 may take any action it deems appropriate, up to and including permanent exclusion from the platform and legal action where warranted.

bigwin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same player.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• A player's own request to self-exclude or to close their account voluntarily through the responsible gaming tools available on bigwin88.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate restriction or closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bigwin88 will aim to communicate with the affected player via their registered email address. The investigation process may take up to 30 days depending on complexity. During this period, access to the account and any pending withdrawals will be paused.

Where an account is closed following confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a balance is forfeited as a consequence of a Terms breach, bigwin88 will provide a written explanation to the player via email upon request.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting bigwin88 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following standard KYC checks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bigwin88, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own gambling activity on the platform, including losses on sports betting markets, casino games, slots, or crash games.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bigwin88 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform resulting from technical issues, maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

While we invest significantly in platform reliability and uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally feasible.

Nothing in these Terms limits bigwin88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bigwin88 operates under its international offshore licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the bigwin88 customer support process will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable governing jurisdiction. Players using the platform from Bangladesh acknowledge that they are doing so voluntarily and accept personal responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws.
